About Me

Welcome to Pana Performance! My name is Anthony Panagaris and I am the Strength & Conditioning coach at Anytime Fitness Findon and Fulham Gardens. When I’m not coaching on the gym floor, you’ll find me deep in the study of movement science. I’m endlessly curious about how the body works, and that curiosity drives everything I do — from the programs I build to the way I coach. 

 

I believe that movement is medicine. Living a strong, healthy lifestyle starts with understanding how your body moves and using that knowledge to unlock your full potential.

With over 1,000 hours of hands-on coaching experience, I’ve worked closely with a wide range of clients helping them move better, train smarter and achieve meaningful results. My academic background, including both an undergraduate and master’s degree in exercise science, allows me to apply proven scientific principles to every session and program I deliver.

 

My mission is to educate and empower you to reach your health and fitness goals.

  • Experience in coaching corrective exercises or joint specific protocols to support clients recovering from injury

  • Clear, practical coaching that teaches clients why they’re doing something — enables long-term success

  • Experience in teaching boxing technique, pad work, and combination drills
