Hi! I'm your coach Anthony
My journey into coaching started with a simple realisation — most people walk into the gym without clear direction. They follow random workouts, second-guess their technique and often feel unsure about what they should actually be doing to make progress. I wanted to change that by creating a coaching environment built around structure, education and long-term development.
With over 1,000 hours of hands-on coaching experience, I've worked closely with a wide range of clients helping them move better, train smarter and achieve meaningful results.

Our Mission
To set a higher standard for coaching — one that prioritises professionalism, science-based coaching and a clear pathway for clients to improve. I wanted to create an environment where people feel supported, guided and confident in their training regardless of their starting point.
